Job summary

FOH, inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Business Technology & Innovation Director to drive technology strategy across ERP, IT, BI, cybersecurity, and websites. You will lead a hands‑on team, align platforms with business goals, and partner with teams to accelerate growth and innovation.

This hybrid role requires strategic leadership, strong SAP B1 expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects while delivering measurable business results for FOH, inc.'s global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in SAP B1 or similar ERP environments.
• Proven leadership/managerial experience (at least 4+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; SAP B1 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy, ERP, IT infrastructure, BI, websites, cybersecurity and emerging tech.
• Oversee deployments, upgrades, and outages for optimal operational effectiveness.
• Develop SOPs, drive IT security training, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
