FOH® Worldwide in Miami, FL, is seeking a Business Technology & Innovation Director to lead the technology strategy, ERP, IT infrastructure, BI, and security across the organization. This hands-on leader will align technology with growth, leverage data and AI, and build a high-performing team to drive measurable business results.

The role requires SAP Business One mastery, 6+ years in ERP and 4+ years in leadership, and a CIS/CS degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in SAP B1 or similar ERP
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in leadership/ managerial role
• Mastery of SAP Business One required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• SAP Business One Certification highly preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead technology strategy, ERP, IT infrastructure, BI, websites, cybersecurity, and emerging tech
• Develop high-performing IT team and build cross-functional partnerships
• Ensure security, scalability, and alignment with business needs
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, data, and technology to improve decision-making
• Oversee IT project delivery, vendor selection, and SOP development
