Job summary

DoubleVerify seeks a Technical Writer to develop and maintain client-facing documentation for self-service workflows. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers, as well as Client Support, Implementation, and Sales Engineering, taking ownership of content within your product area.

The role is based in NYC within the Customer Experience Product team, focusing on high-quality help content, release notes, and knowledge-base optimization to support global clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience writing online help and UI messaging
• Ability to get up to speed quickly on new projects and manage multiple tasks
• Contextualize product features within customer workflows and explain end-to-end tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication; editing and proofreading
• Experience with FreshDesk, Document360, Postman, GitLab, Docusaurus or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and maintain high-quality help content including user guides, online help, glossaries, UI messaging, training materials, and release notes
• Adapt information from PRDs and specs into knowledge base content; identify gaps and ask clarifying questions
• Own documentation standards and style guidelines; ensure content is accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Support, Implementation and Marketing to produce effective documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for documentation improvement and content optimization
