TAPCO is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Brown Deer, WI. You will deliver frontline support for TAPCO products, manage cases in ERP/CSM, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings Windows and Office proficiency, strong communication, and a detail-oriented service mindset. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High school diploma or electronics-related degree; on-the-job experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 phone-based and remote support for TAPCO products and software.
• Log cases, track progress, and follow through to resolution in ERP/CSM systems.
• Process sales and RMA orders accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to service inquiries and post-order concerns.
• Travel in-state/out-of-state up to 10% for field work and training.
