Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking an experienced Shop Heavy Duty Technician to provide world-class maintenance and repair services for equipment over 15,500 lb and yard spotters at customer locations. You will diagnose, repair, and service heavy equipment and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.

We value independent workers with strong communication skills who can use diagnostic software, perform preventative maintenance, and document work accurately.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience repairing industrial equipment or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service heavy-duty equipment such as Toyota Heavy Duty, CombiLift, Aisle-Master, and Taylor Dunn.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and document results.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software and deliver accurate service reports.
• Recommend repairs to improve uptime and reliability; maintain tools and inventory.
• Represent ProLift professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.
