Job summary

MHK in Tampa seeks a Technical Consultant to translate business needs into reliable MHK solutions. This hybrid role investigates data integrity, integrations, configurations, and system behavior to support implementation and validation while guiding solution decisions.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver sustainable outcomes, using strong SQL, Linux shell, and API testing skills. 4+ years in healthcare tech preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in technical consulting or similar client-facing role.
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills to investigate data integrity and explain findings.
• Experience with Linux/Unix shells and structured data formats (CSV/JSON/XML).
• Hands-on API testing with Postman, SoapUI or cURL.
• Experience with secure file transfer (SFTP/FTPS) and encryption basics.
• Knowledge of system configuration, integrations, and testing workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and root-cause analysis abilities.
