Job summary

MHK is hiring a Technical Consultant to act as a client-facing technical advisor, translating business needs into reliable health tech solutions. The role probes data integrity, system behavior, and integrations, supporting implementation and validation while guiding solution decisions.

With strong SQL, data analysis, and API testing experience, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive sustainable outcomes in a hybrid Tampa, FL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five years in a client-facing technical role such as technical consulting, application support, or integration operations.
• Proven experience with data analysis, SQL, and API testing/validation.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix shell commands and handling CSV, XML, JSON, or similar data formats.
• Experience testing REST or SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or curl.
• Knowledge of secure file transfers (SFTP/FTPS) and encryption/decryption practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus clear cross-functional communication.
