Qualifications

• Five years of client-facing technical experience.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis to investigate data integrity and explain data-driven findings.
• Experience with Linux/Unix shell and data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Hands-on testing of REST or SOAP APIs using Postman/SoapUI/cURL.
• Secure file transfer (SFTP/FTPS) and PGP handling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues using SQL, data, logs, configuration across environments.
• Triage escalations by assessing scope, impact, and priority; guide next steps.
• Support client file layouts, feeds, batch processing, SFTP operations, and PBM/vendor integrations.
• Analyze files, payloads, rejections, and mappings; coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and guide solution options; identify cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Partner with Functional Consultants to clarify needs and support implementations and validations.
• Validate configuration and environment readiness; communicate risks and dependencies.
• Advise on configuration implications, product behavior, and best practices.
• Develop risk-based validation for defects and releases; coordinate with QA.
• Support release, regression, upgrade, and production validation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize services with Sales and Account Management.
• Leverage approved AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining security.
