Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Costa Mesa team. You will build relationships with candidates and client groups to understand requirements and opportunities, while developing a strong candidate base through networking and targeted sourcing.

You will manage recruitment through ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards, conduct interviews, and assist in posting roles. A hybrid remote/in-office setup is offered to balance collaboration with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience (3–5 years) preferred.
• Experience building relationships with candidates and client groups.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and client groups to discuss requirements and opportunities.
• Develop a strong candidate base by networking (phone, in-person).
• Recruit via ATS, social media, job adverts, and new sourcing methods.
• Present candidates to market through industry research and client outreach.
• Coordinate job postings, resume reviews, phone interviews, and reference checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and source qualified applicants and conduct interviews.
