Job summary

CGS Business Solutions in Irvine, CA (hybrid) seeks a contract-to-hire Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise software initiatives from initiation through post-go-live support, balancing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk across multiple programs.

You'll coordinate with business, technology, manufacturing, plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, manage vendors and forecasts, and report milestones to executive leadership while aligning PMO governance and best

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong vendor management and accountability skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Ability to identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Manufacturing, plant operations, supply chain, or commercial systems experience is a plus.
• Exposure to Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft, and/or Snowflake is desirable.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise software projects across cross-functional teams.
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Manage vendors, third-party partners, and overall vendor accountability.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-project dependencies and risks.
• Support and maintain PMO governance, processes, and best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and milestones to executive leadership.
• Coordinate with business, technology, manufacturing, plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams as needed.
• Manage projects involving enterprise applications and technology platforms such as Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft, and Snowflake.
