Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a contract-to-hire Technical Project Manager in Tempe, AZ to own end-to-end delivery for enterprise initiatives. You will partner with reengineering and business stakeholders, embedding with development teams to influence delivery and translate technical work into business outcomes.

This role requires deep PM fundamentals, hands-on tooling with Azure DevOps or Jira, and a track record of driving visibility across complex projects.

Job description

This is a contract to hire Technical Project Manager role supporting enterprise delivery initiatives. You’ll own timelines, scope, and execution while partnering closely with reengineering and business stakeholders. This role blends strong project management fundamentals with real technical fluency.

This is not a surface level PM role. You’ll be embedded with development teams, influencing delivery and driving visibility across complex initiatives.
