Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years in technical project management, tech delivery, or similar role.
• Air Force/ACC/aircraft maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Proven record of managing multiple projects, workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Active PMP certification.
• Active CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Prior government or DoD customer experience.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve project execution.
• Knowledge of MS applications, Azure/DevOps, cloud and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical projects and workstreams through all phases.
• Serve as primary customer-facing point of contact for execution.
• Translate business needs into actionable work for technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate with developers, leads, stakeholders, and customers.
• Monitor health, resolve issues, and provide status reporting.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and solution reviews.
• Apply quality-control practices to meet requirements and standards.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze, plan, and communicate project work.
