Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in OO design, scalable architectures, databases, security.
• Active CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and core development work.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, deploy, and support high‑quality software with reliability and security.
• Use AI-enabled tools as part of software design, coding, testing, and delivery.
• Work with customers to discover challenges, clarify requirements, and translate into technical solutions.
• Own delivery from discovery to deployment, demonstrations, and iterative improvement.
• Prototype and iterate portals, dashboards, APIs, and integrations based on real feedback.
• Lead code/design reviews and maintain engineering standards.
• Collaborate across the full software lifecycle from requirements to production support.
