Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. seeks a Product Support Associate to join our Product Development Team in Lansdale, PA. You will handle inbound technical inquiries, create documentation, assist in sales support, and help bring new lighting products to market.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience, with CAD software familiarity, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or commensurate experience in engineering, business, or customer relations.
• Familiarity with CAD or architectural drawing software preferred.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills; able to handle technical inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound technical inquiries via phone and email and guiding customers to resolutions.
• Generating documentation for technical product inquiries.
• Assisting advanced sales support for product questions.
• Completing lighting layouts with CAD-like software; training provided.
• Collaborating with RMA on warranty claims processing.
• Working with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure data accuracy.
