Job summary

Keystone Technologies is hiring a Product Support Associate to assist customers with technical inquiries and product information. The role supports onboarding and cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure accurate product data and timely responses.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement for locally located candidates, while those outside a 50-mile radius may apply for remote work with travel to Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training in the first week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or commensurate experience in engineering, business, or customer relations.
• Experience in technical support or product development roles.
• Knowledge of CAD or architectural drawing software preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting product knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical calls and emails to resolve issues.
• Generate documentation for product inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product questions.
• Collaborate with RMA for warranty claims processing.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineering to keep product data accurate.
• Help create and maintain timelines with product teams.
