Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Frisco, TX, hybrid onsite/remote. Lead AI-driven product launches and cross-functional programs, coordinating with engineering, UX, product, and business leaders.

You will replace manual TPM rituals with intelligent systems and ensure timely delivery with executive visibility. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical PM, 3+ years in AI product launches, and strong skills with standard PM tools.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical project or program management experience in consumer-centric applications.
3+ years driving product launches for AI-based features and applications.
Hands-on AI TPM experience with Claude technology or similar tools.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex technical programs.
Expertise with modern PM tools: ClickUp, JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne, Asana, Monday.com or Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

Own and drive key projects from Product portfolio and release quality products.
Build AI-driven program intelligence and replace manual TPM rituals with intelligent systems.
Manage issues, risks, mitigation plans, and executive-level program reports.
Own planning activities, critical path, change management, and stakeholder decisions.
Define processes to improve cross-functional team efficiency across global time zones.
