Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define product strategy across platforms, align stakeholders, and drive roadmaps that balance innovation with risk and platform health. This hybrid Bellevue-based role requires technical fluency and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with QA and architecture, maintain backlog hygiene in Jira, and communicate progress with clarity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technical product management, product ownership, solution architecture, or a comparable technical delivery role.
• Strong ownership of a product or platform roadmap, with prioritization tradeoffs and measurable outcome delivery.
• Able to read design docs and APIs, serving as a credible technical contact.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments using Jira, backlog structure, quarterly or PI planning, audit-grade hygiene.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to turn ambiguous needs into defensible product direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and strategic roadmap at group, solution, or platform level.
• Establish success metrics, outcome targets, and value measures aligned to priorities, compliance, and risk.
• Balance roadmap delivery with platform health needs including defects, patches, and improvements.
• Keep roadmaps current and socialized with business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
• Identify high-value problems and articulate why they matter now.
• Drive prioritization across initiatives and ensure proper sequencing.
