Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar leadership role overseeing engineering platforms and toolchains.
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry.
• Bridge between engineering, software development and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with PLM and engineering design tools (Teamcenter, Enovia, CATIA, CAD/CAE).
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical experience with cloud platforms, data/analytics, and software technologies (Python, SQL).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms, aligning architectural health with business needs.
• Lead hands-on resolution of technical bottlenecks affecting productivity or timelines.
• Act as liaison between software development and design engineering teams to translate constraints into outcomes.
• Implement a value-driven operating model to track ROI of infrastructure improvements.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver incremental value in a high‑compliance aerospace environment.
• Maintain architectural documentation and specifications as the single source of truth.
• Ensure data privacy and ITAR/EAR compliant, secure-by-design practices.
