Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead engineering platforms with a hybrid leadership style. You will align architecture with business goals, drive performance enhancements, and navigate aerospace compliance to accelerate design-to-manufacture velocity.

You will bridge software, engineering, and business stakeholders, managing PLM/toolchains and delivering ROI-driven improvements within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Technical Product Manager or similar leadership role overseeing engineering platforms and toolchains.
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry.
• Bridge engineering, software, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Hands-on with PLM and engineering design tools (Teamcenter, Enovia, CATIA, CAD/CAE).
• Tech experience with cloud platforms, data/analytics, and software development (Python, SQL).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity/access management, and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms, aligning architecture with business needs.
• Lead hands-on resolution of bottlenecks impacting productivity and timelines.
• Act as liaison between software dev teams and design engineering to translate constraints into outcomes.
• Implement a value-driven model to report ROI of infrastructure improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver incremental value in a high-compliance aerospace setting.
• Maintain architectural documentation and technical specs as the single truth source.
• Ensure strict data privacy and ITAR/EAR compliance in practices.
