American Unit, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to define why a product exists, where it goes, and how it delivers measurable value.

You will own direction across platforms, align stakeholders, and guide roadmap decisions balancing innovation, compliance, risk, and business outcomes. This hybrid role supports collaboration with cross-functional teams, requires strong technical fluency, and emphasizes end-to-end delivery from planning through launch and post-launch evaluation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical product management or related delivery roles.
• Experience owning a product or platform roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on Agile experience using Jira and quarterly or PI planning.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain long-term product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Establish success metrics and value measures aligned to priorities and risk needs.
• Balance roadmap delivery with platform health, defects, and improvements.
• Keep roadmaps transparent and socialized with stakeholders across business, tech, and risk.
• Own end-to-end delivery from planning to launch and post-launch tracking.
• Partner with QA and Solution Architecture to validate test cases.
