Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in product management, product ownership, or related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Manage and refine the product backlog with engineering and leadership.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team ceremonies.
• Drive delivery of product enhancements and platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate ideas and accelerate delivery.
• Maintain product documentation and support continuous improvement.
