Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Product Manager to guide product direction across platforms, align stakeholders, and balance innovation with risk and compliance. You will own the roadmap, define success metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery from planning through launch.

Qualifications

5–8 years in technical product management or comparable delivery role.
Ownership of a product or platform roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Strong technical fluency to read design docs and reason about APIs.
Hands-on Agile experience including backlog and quarterly planning.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Clear written and verbal communication; translate needs into direction.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Define long-term product vision and strategic roadmap at group/solution/platform level.
Establish success metrics linking platform capabilities to business priorities.
Balance roadmap with platform health, defects, and technical sustainability.
Maintain transparent roadmaps with stakeholders across business, tech, and risk.
Identify high-value problems and articulate why they matter now.
Drive prioritization across initiatives and quarters with informed decisions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and avoid duplicate builds.
Own design of capabilities and detailed design documentation.
Partner with QA and Solution Architecture on test cases and validation.
Own end-to-end delivery from planning to launch and post-launch tracking.
Support test/launch phases; participate in release bridges with Release Management.
Maintain Jira hygiene including SOX and audit expectations.
Anticipate risks and dependencies; raise needs early.
Maintain backup coverage plans for business continuity.
