Job summary

SwitchTechTalent is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Beverly, MA, collaborating directly with customers and technology partners to translate conversations into precise integration requirements for Engineering.

In this role you will own the integration discovery process, lead partner conversations from discovery to an agreed specification, map data flows and APIs, validate field mappings, and drive the team through implementation, testing and rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with external customers or partners to gather and clarify requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs for Engineering.
• Strong understanding of data exchange, APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead external partner conversations from discovery to an agreed integration specification.
• Investigate APIs, data flows and file transfers; clarify mappings and validation rules.
• Work through incomplete documentation and obtain missing information directly from partners.
• Create clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Engineering and QA through implementation and rollout.
