Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Technology Operations or IT support.
• Hands-on SharePoint administration including permissions and sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Strong user account management in AD/Azure AD.
• Familiar with standard workplace hardware and AV systems.
• Excellent problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for endpoint technology and peripherals.
• Manage audio-visual and video conferencing systems for meetings.
• Oversee IT inventory and coordinate refreshes or replacements.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding including laptop imaging and access control.
• Perform laptop builds, software installs, and user provisioning.
• Act as primary contact for workplace technology support and issue resolution.
• Document IT processes and create knowledge-sharing materials.
• Administer and support tax/assurance software (e.g., Wolters Kluwer, CaseWare, Thomson Reuters).
