Job summary

1Kosmos is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract-to-hire role at our Edison, New Jersey headquarters. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles, and partner with hiring managers to refine requirements and drive efficient hiring.

The role is hybrid, requiring several days in the office weekly. You will manage end-to-end processes, advise on compensation, and help shape recruiting strategies across multiple business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including tech/B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to build pipelines and source passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and guiding role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across engineering, DevOps/cloud, product, cybersecurity/IAM, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and corporate functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage multiple requisitions with urgency and discipline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans, and provide market feedback.
