Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or better desired.
• MCP Certification or equivalent technical work experience is noted.
• Strong understanding of OS, MS Office and Email.
• Detail oriented, reliable and able to describe topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical support trouble tickets from start to resolution.
• Monitor ticket queue and judge urgency, contact method, and response timing.
• Provide correct/appropriate responses and determine ticket reassignment or escalation.
• Ensure policies are followed and tickets are closed in a timely manner.
• Duties may include additional tasks as assigned.
