Leading Real Estate Companies of the World is seeking a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to join our Technology team in Chicago. You will serve as the primary technical resource for our global network of members, data providers, and partners, coordinating onboarding and resolving data-feed issues.

You will communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, investigate issues in XML/JSON data, and manage end-to-end implementations across LeadingRE, Luxury Portfolio, and

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for members, data providers, and technology partners across all programs.
• Own end-to-end management of property data and technical support issues from identification to resolution.
• Manage the technical onboarding of new members, coordinating setup, testing, validation, and launch of data feeds.
• Act as internal SME for questions about member feeds, listing display, and syndication.
• Develop understanding of data-feed landscape, sources, providers, integrations, and configurations.
• Review XML, JSON, and other structured data formats to diagnose feed issues.
• Maintain tracking and reporting of implementations, outages, escalations, and resolutions.
• Document feeds, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures as a knowledge base.
