You will deliver costing analytics, participate in cross-functional meetings, and help identify cost-saving opportunities while using MS Office and Power BI in a collaborative North American hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business with 1–3 years of analytical experience.
• Analytical mindset and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, including verbal, written, presentation and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and data analytics a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative cross-functional team; strong relationships.
• Ability to multi-task to meet timelines and prioritize with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Perform Costing Department reporting and system uploads.
• Ensure projects follow cost guidelines and requirements.
• Attend meetings and support cross-functional teams with costing info.
• Identify potential cost-savings options and implement them.
• Provide weekly cost estimates for design, development, and marketing changes.
• Prepare and report product costs at milestones; review and negotiate costs.
