TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Recruiter in a hybrid role based in Hillsboro, OR. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with HR and business leaders, and develop compelling postings to attract top talent.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring compliance, and contribute to onboarding and workforce initiatives. This contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2–4 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting within a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees preferred).
• Financial services recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts with hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Create compelling job postings reflecting role requirements.
