INSPYR Global Solutions is expanding its delivery team in Medellín, Colombia, supporting US enterprise clients as a Technical Recruiter. You will source, screen, and submit qualified technology candidates, work closely with US-based account managers, and manage ATS records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with high-volume recruitment for US firms, and a proactive approach to meeting weekly submission and placement goals.

Formación

• Advanced English communication (B2 or higher) with clear phone presence when speaking with US clients and candidates.
• At least 6 months of recruiting experience on technology positions for enterprise-level, US-based companies.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment delivering submittals quickly without sacrificing quality.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for technology positions at large US enterprise clients
• Deliver quality submittals quickly against tight turnaround times
• Partner with US account managers and sales teams on requirements and priorities
• Conduct phone and video screens in English to assess technical fit, communication, and availability
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in our ATS
• Hit weekly submittals, interview and placement goals
