Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, is hiring an Entry-Level Full-Desk Tech Recruiter in Arlington, VA, hybrid with 4 days in the office. No prior recruiting experience required, with hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities across North America.

You'll learn sales, recruiting, negotiation, and business development, building relationships with technology professionals and leaders while growing a personal book of business under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) is required OR 1-2 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
• Military experience is also highly valued

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
• Identify and recruit top talent for exciting career opportunities.
• Develop new client partnerships through business development and networking.
• Match candidates with companies where they can thrive.
• Guide candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process.
