Job summary

LogicSource, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of software initiatives. You will own end-to-end project management, build and maintain plans, and drive delivery across engineering, QA, IT, and external partners in a hybrid office setup.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive risk handling, and delivering clear status updates to leadership while collaborating with remote and distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience across multiple software projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for a portfolio of concurrent software initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and dependency maps.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and resourcing conflicts.
• Run agile/scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retros).
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, IT and external vendors to keep workstreams moving.
• Provide clear status reporting to leadership.
• Manage remote/distributed team members across time zones.
