Job summary

Citi is looking for a Technology Lead, Client Integration to own the delivery of business-critical client connectivity programs across Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage. You will be the primary technology point of contact for external clients, shaping how they connect to Citi's platforms and leading integration from requirements through go-live and beyond.

You will manage multiple delivery workstreams in a global model, design tailored integration solutions, and guide junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading client-facing integration or delivery programs in financial services or investment banking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams within a global operating model.
• Understanding of connectivity protocols (SFTP, SWIFT, FIX) and their use in trade file transmission and reporting.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle (allocation, clearing, settlement).
• Strong SQL skills for data mapping and validation of integrations.
• Unix/Linux experience for troubleshooting, log analysis, and scripting.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint for project management.

Technology Lead, Client Integration – Prime Brokerage

Citi is looking for a Technology Lead, Client Integration to own the delivery of business-critical client connectivity programs across Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage. In this role, you will act as the primary technology point of contact for high-profile external clients, shaping how they connect to Citi's Equity PB, Fixed Income PB, Prime Finance Swaps, and Securities Lending platforms. You will combine strong stakeholder management with hands-on technical investigation, leading integration delivery from initial requirements through to go-live and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client integration programs for Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage, connecting external clients to Citi via SFTP and SWIFT.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external Prime Brokerage clients on connectivity requirements, from initial scoping through to launch.

• Manage each integration from requirements gathering through testing, client sign-off, and post-launch support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading client-facing integration or delivery programs in financial services or investment banking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams within a global operating model.
• Understanding of connectivity protocols such as SFTP, SWIFT, and FIX, and how they support trade file transmission and client reporting.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including allocation, clearing, and settlement.
• Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and mapping data to validate integrations.
• Working knowledge of Unix or Linux for troubleshooting, log analysis, and running scripts.
• Experience applying structured project management or business analysis practices using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Practical experience with Prime Brokerage products, including Equity PB, Fixed Income PB, Prime Finance Swaps, or Securities Lending.
• Background as a business analyst or project manager with strong technical aptitude and a fast learning curve.
• Experience interfacing directly with external financial services clients.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
