Job summary

Raymond James seeks a Technology Finance Manager to oversee budgets, finance, resources, and procurement within the Ops & Tech Finance Business Management team. You will partner with IT Finance, project management, and procurement to deliver administrative control and strategic insights.

The role is an individual contributor position with a hybrid schedule, requiring collaboration across Technology departments and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services and collaboration with IT organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative deliverables for Technology Operational teams or areas.
• Manage the annual budget process in coordination with IT Finance.
• Produce and present monthly expense and staffing review packages to leadership.
• Partner with resource management for staffing requests, onboarding, and time tracking.
• Lead purchasing requests with procurement and vendor management.
• Work with Project Management on project charters and reviews.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to create and manage business metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
