Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A-Tech to partner with Technology and IT leadership, steering planning, forecasting, and investment analysis for tech initiatives.

In a hybrid role (1 day in office per week), you will translate complex IT investments into clear financial insights for executives, drive KPI frameworks, and lead strategic financial planning in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Technology Finance.
• Experience supporting Technology, IT, Engineering, Product, or Digital teams.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with integrated models.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for Technology and Digital groups.
• Develop financial models for headcount, labor, cloud, software, capex, and OPEX.
• Partner with Technology leadership to evaluate investments and allocate resources.
• Analyze monthly performance and explain variances versus budget and prior year.
• Provide recommendations to improve spending efficiency while supporting key initiatives.
• Perform ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and cost-benefit analyses for investments.
• Monitor post-implementation financial results against expected outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations communicating investment rationale and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology to drive decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and financial frameworks for tech investments.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
