You will lead financial planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and decision support for technology organizations, ensuring spending aligns with strategy and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• For 5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Technology Finance.
• Experience supporting Technology, IT, Engineering, Product, or Digital teams.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and integrated models.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and planning.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for Technology & Digital.
• Develop models for headcount, labor costs, cloud, software, capex, and tech opex.
• Partner with Technology leadership to prioritize investments and allocate resources.
• Analyze monthly performance; explain variances vs budget/forecast/prior year.
• Provide ROI/NPV/IRR analyses to support strategic investments.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations with investment rationale and risks.
