Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Minimum three years in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and procurement platforms (Oracle, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category management strategies across spend categories.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, including supplier identification, bidding, evaluation, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendor risk teams to support third-party compliance.
• Execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with supplier evaluation and awards.
• Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify cost savings and improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity and Finance on controls and risk.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, service levels, confidentiality, data protection, and liability provisions.
• Support development and maintenance of procurement policies, templates and governance.
• Supervise and develop sourcing team members.
