Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise analytics, technology, governance, or portfolio reporting teams.
• Experience supporting senior leadership reporting or executive communications.
• Experience working in Agile or product‑oriented delivery environments.
• Ability to quickly learn internal systems, business processes, and stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define business and/or systems scope and objectives.
• Devise procedures to solve complex problems.
• Provide analysis of business needs and translate into requirements.
• Guide and advise less‑experienced Business Analysts.
• Work at high technical level of analysis with business implications.
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements, acceptance criteria, and process needs.
• Translate business needs into actionable work for developers and reporting partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, analytics team, product partners, and contributors.
• Manage reporting requests, dashboard enhancements, defects, decisions, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate reporting calendars, data collection, validation, and delivery checkpoints.
• Prepare status updates, meeting notes, action items, and leadership summaries.
• Track requirements, decisions, owners, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Create operational documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support change management, communications, and adoption activities.
