Job summary

Nextek, LLC is seeking a TekCare Specialist to join our team. You will onboard clients, train them on our platform, and serve as the main contact for questions and issues. Travel to client sites for training when needed and stay current on new features to communicate confidently.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and routine meetings. A strong customer-service background and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technology support or customer service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Wealthbox CRM - Preferred
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and teammates
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on open items
• Ability to think through problems methodically and document findings
• Work well independently and in a team
• Familiarity with the financial services industry (or willing to learn)

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact clients to improve technology adoption
• Identify areas in our technology solutions for clients and independently contact them to engage and adopt solutions
• Onboard new clients and train them on our platform
• Be the main point of contact for questions, issues, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to get bug reports and enhancement requests to the right people
• Plan and run weekly client meetings and training sessions
• Keep the Support site and Knowledge Center up to date for self-service answers
• Determine whether issues are bugs or training gaps and address accordingly
• Occasionally travel onsite for client training events
• Stay current on new features and product updates to communicate confidently
• Complete our onboarding process to understand the client journey
• Attend industry events and trainings to stay sharp
• Other duties as assigned
