Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Team Lead for the Great Start program to oversee revenue cycle follow-up and patient account activities in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, serve as SME on client projects, and ensure performance goals are met while managing dashboards and reporting.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and experience in healthcare insurance workflows. On-site work in San Antonio, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to train staff and mentor others in revenue cycle processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for PFS follow-up and audits.
• Serve as SME on client projects and provide feedback to staff.
• Train new employees and refresh project-specific training.
• Prepare productivity, call and payment reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist in implementing standards and guidelines and monitor performance.
