Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor metrology (optical/e-beam) and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Calibre R&D to develop groundbreaking tools for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Model and optimize unit process modules and DTCO linkages to device performance.
• Communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams and customers.
