Job summary

You'll lead process improvements, design requirements, and test activities, while enabling adoption through learning materials and change management. This role blends tax domain expertise with digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Hybrid work model requiring US Tax professionals co-locating 2–3 days weekly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3+ years of project delivery and client service experience in tax compliance areas.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Active accreditations or willingness to obtain listed certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and deliver scope on time against outcomes.
• Identify service delivery pain points and drive process improvements.
• Perform process analysis and translate needs into functional requirements.
• Collaborate across technology delivery lifecycle with product/IT and stakeholders.
• Execute testing (system/UAT) and support business readiness assessments.
• Develop learning materials and support deployment planning and go-live.
