Qualifications

• One of the following (required):
• A tax background with 2+ years of US sales tax compliance work, including filings or notices.
• Deep expertise in another complex field with 5+ years in customer support owning cases end to end.

Responsabilités

• Own the hard cases from start to finish, reconciling data and contacting state authorities when needed.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and ensure measurable value from Numeral's platform.
• Research primary sources, use AI tools, and document solutions for future reuse.
• Provide clear, accurate written replies to customers and maintain calm communications.
• Bridge support and product by reproducing issues and guiding engineering fixes.
• Share learnings and help improve docs and processes across the team.
