Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a Talent Manager to oversee a population of about 60 consultants, focusing on staffing, performance management, development, and relationship-building across offices and practices. You will balance business needs with consultant goals, acting as a trusted advisor to Partners and TMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
• Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and grow relationships at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: staffing, performance management, and development for own consultant population.
• Project Staffing: liaise with project leaders to understand staffing needs and communicate staffing outcomes empathetically.
• Data, analysis and reporting: review utilization and prepare weekly reports using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Oliver Wyman Development: participate in broader Human Capital topics and cross-Practice collaboration.
