Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a Talent Manager to oversee a population of about 60 consultants, handling staffing, performance management, and development. You will engage with consultants to understand strengths and career goals, and collaborate with Partners to form teams while addressing issues.

The role balances business needs with individual development, within a tight-knit team and demanding timelines, and requires a hybrid presence in the office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience liaising with project team leaders to understand staffing needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and talent development for ~60 consultants across offices.
• Balance business needs with consultants' development goals and career plans.
• Engage with Partners and Practice Group TMs to assemble teams and address issues.
• Analyze utilization and performance data and report to leadership.
• Ensure hybrid work model compliance and office presence requirements.
