Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Talent Manager to oversee a population of ~60 consultants across offices. You will manage scheduling, performance, and development, engaging consultants to align with career goals and business needs.

You will balance needs with individual development, interact with Partners, and ensure staffing aligns with practice goals. The role is hybrid with in-office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in management consulting or HR preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent management for ~60 consultants across offices.
• Balance business needs with consultant development and career goals.
• Coordinate staffing with Partners and Practice Groups.
• Monitor utilization and report on staffing and performance.
• Develop relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
