Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. seeks a Talent Engagement & Community Manager to design and advance talent programs and community engagement. You will collaborate with Staffing and recruitment, build pipelines, manage social media outreach, and partner with schools and associations to strengthen the company’s talent presence.

The role is office-based on a hybrid schedule, with travel up to 50% for events, client interactions, and team collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing or candidate engagement.
• Ability to build talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels.
• Experience managing professional social media and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategy to build talent pipelines across locations.
• Engage external talent communities through proactive outreach and relationships.
• Define candidate engagement framework from outreach to conversion.
• Lead community outreach at events, partnerships, and associations.
• Maintain relationships with community organizations and schools to strengthen pipelines.
• Represent Jet Aviation at career fairs and events, travel up to 50%.
• Manage social media strategy aligned with recruiting priorities.
