Since 1967, Jet Aviation has been crafting flight in its smoothest form. From one hangar in Basel, Switzerland, to over 5,000 employees, and some 50 locations worldwide. Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Government Services, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing. Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. The artisans of aviation. The craft that brings our customers’ journey to life. In the hangar, on the ground, and behind the scenes. Enabling global flight, with passion.

Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and airworthiness of multiple business aircraft accounts. This is a highly visible role for an aviation professional who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional organization, communication, and customer focus.

You will coordinate maintenance remotely rather than perform hands-on aircraft work. Managing approximately three to five assigned accounts, you will oversee inspections, repairs, records, vendors, budgets, invoices, maintenance tracking, and aircraft availability. You will serve as the central connection between clients, pilots, maintenance providers, vendors, and Jet Aviation teams.

The role is fast-paced and requires someone who can manage competing priorities, anticipate upcoming needs, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you are a proactive planner who takes ownership and enjoys solving complex aviation challenges, this opportunity offers meaningful responsibility and visibility.

This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working from any of Jet Aviation’s US based locations (listed below). The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $160,000 - $190,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

  • Knowledge and previous use of applicable FAA regulations, industry standards, OSHA, and IS-BAO requirements.
  • Experience with maintenance planning, inspections, repairs, modifications, aircraft records, and maintenance tracking.
  • Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
