This hybrid role strengthens recruitment by building diverse pipelines and proactive outreach across multiple channels, including events and professional associations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Staffing and recruitment teams, leveraging insights to improve pipeline effectiveness and employer visibility. Onsite/hybrid schedule expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or related roles.
• Ability to build talent pipelines using multiple channels.
• Experience managing professional social media channels for recruiting.
• Experience with recruiting technologies such as ATS and CRM platforms; LinkedIn a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the strategy to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain external talent communities through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Create a candidate engagement framework to nurture and convert talent over time.
• Lead community outreach including events, partnerships, and networking opportunities.
