Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with HR, managers, and leaders to forecast needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive hiring efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

You will also help design and operate internship and trainee programs, coordinate university partnerships, and ensure data-driven decisions through analytics and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR function.
• Experience managing recruiting processes and building candidate pipelines.
• Ability to travel to company locations, educational institutions, and recruiting events.
• Valid driver's license and meet MVR guidelines.
• Hybrid work: four days in office, one remote day per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.
• Develop, administer, and improve internship and trainee programs.
• Coordinate campus recruiting activities and university partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records and recruiting data; monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.
